He has passed S.S.L.C examination undertaken by Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board. He has been associated with our Company as a promoter and a director since October 11, 2007.

Shubha Sunil

Whole Time Director (Promoter)

Shubha Sunil is the Co-Founder and Director of Stanley Lifestyles Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bangalore University and has successfully completed the INSEAD Leadership Programme for Senior Executives. As a Promoter and Director since October 11, 2007, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the Company's culture, growth, and long-term strategic vision.

Venkataramana Seshagirirao Gorti

Managing Director

Venkataramana Seshagirirao Gorti is the Managing Director of Stanley Lifestyles Limited. He holds an Executive MBA (EGMP) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from M.S. University, Vadodara. With over three decades of experience in global operations, supply chain management, and business leadership, he has held senior leadership positions with renowned multinational organizations, including Honeywell, Wipro, and General Electric. His extensive industry expertise and strategic leadership continue to drive Stanley's growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Girish Shrikrishna Nadkarni

Independent Director

Girish Shrikrishna Nadkarni is an Independent Director of Stanley Lifestyles Limited. A seasoned finance and investment professional, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad and has held senior roles at IL&FS Investsmart, Avendus Capital, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors. He currently serves as Director of Clair Advisors Private Limited and contributes deep expertise in finance, governance, and strategic advisory.

Anusha Shetty

Anusha Shetty is an Independent Director of Stanley Lifestyles Limited. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, brand building, and business leadership, she is currently the Chairperson and Group Chief Executive Officer of Grey Group India. Renowned for her strategic vision and leadership in the advertising and communications industry, she brings valuable insights in brand strategy, consumer engagement, and corporate governance to the Stanley Board.

Ramanujam Venkat Raghavan

Ramanujam Venkat Raghavan is an Independent Director of Stanley Lifestyles Limited. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bangalore University and brings over 20 years of experience in business leadership, operations, and organizational management. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Shahi Exports Private Limited, one of India's leading apparel manufacturing and export companies. With his extensive leadership experience and deep understanding of business operations, he contributes valuable strategic insights and governance expertise to the Stanley Board.
